Approved returns must be sent back in original unused condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Orders may only be cancelled before production, printing, or dispatch begins.
Once a personalised or made-to-order item enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
