Refund & Returns Policy

PrintLogik Refund & Returns Policy

At PrintLogik, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in providing premium heartfelt gifts and keepsakes. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental handling after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are generallynon-returnable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Printed-on-demand items
  • Special order products
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution which may include:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Refund (where applicable)

Change of Mind Returns

If you changed your mind about an eligible non-custom item, please contact us within7 days of delivery.

Approved returns must be sent back in original unused condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.


Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production, printing, or dispatch begins.

Once a personalised or made-to-order item enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
